Attempted to charge for pet fees again, so beware, had to show gate guards fine print. The hot tub for the community did not work, house was pretty dirty when we received it, and their was a random power outage that only affected our house (only part of the house).

The place is great, check out at 10 not so much. The worst part is no running water. We were unable to take a shower due to no pressure. We had to get bottled water to brush out teeth. We could not do our business in the bathroom we filled the water tank with water bottles. We used all our water bottles to even go to the restroom. Very unsanitary due to leaving our waste in the toilet over night due to unable to flush
