But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“Fantastic location. Shops, restaurants, and the River Liffey within a few minutes walk. Keyless entry to the apartment, using an app, was convenient. The balcony was nice. Having a washer was good. The apartment smelled very fresh when we opened the door, however, the place could use an overall refresh. There were stains on the sofa, in the bathtub and mold on the bathroom ceiling.
