“Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great”

“We arrived late but were met by friendly staff and top-notch security! Our room was fabulous.”

“Clean room, comfortable beds. Brent was our checkin host and he was an amazing customer service person thoroughly explaining where everything was in hotel and hours available. Usual good hot breakfast included. Several great restaurants within walking distance--basically across the parking lot.”

“Found a big cockroach in between the doors that connect rooms. (Thought it was a closet door) I was so tired I didn’t care. Floors looked dirty and shower floor had permanet stains on it. But it was cheap so get what you pay for!”

“Elevators were filthy, our room was not the cleanest, the doors were falling off the hinges, shower amenities were completely emptied, the rings from the bathroom faucet were taken out and sitting on the sink, water sprayed everywhere, i notified front desk so that I wasn't charged. Need was comfy, when we went down for breakfast, there were other guests hoarding food, making multiple trips to their rooms zero hot food left and barely any breads or cereal because of this. “The staff are friendly, sturdy carton and a clean room. The micro wave and refrigerator were adequate. Great room and stay!”

“The hotel does not match the pictures at all. I was expecting certain furniture and rooms that were clean and that wasn’t the case. The pool was black. No breakfast. Staff were unable to help me when asking questions. The hotel smells of marijuana …. Strong! I was woken up early by what I thought were loud guests but it was actually the workers. I would not have stayed there but I came in so late with my kids…. I am so disappointed. Please don’t stay here”

“The staff at this location were very welcoming and kind, however the cleanliness of our room struggled. The beds were well made, but there was a sand like substance on the floor and opened bars of soap, shampoo and lotion left in our room. The exterior stairs could use some tlc, but were safe and sturdy. Overall the stay was fine. Nothing fancy, great location just minutes from downtown Memphis, Bass Pro Shop and Beale street, awesome price. Just, could have been cleaner.”

“I was quite surprised that this hotel was a Ramada. This hotel was old and not kept up. The hallway outside the rooms is not air conditioned. I thought it might be loud since it was close to the interstate, but it was quiet in the room. The mattress was not firm at all. I sat on the edge and thought I might hit the floor. I had to find a place it the middle away from broken springs to sleep. There are doors on the side to get to the hallway. You do have to use your card key to get into this……

“Not fancy and right by a busy truck stop. Not in the greatest part of town. We just needed a place to stay for a night so it suited our needs. Dogs allowed.”
