The master bed was comfy. We loved both balconies. You should leave instructions on how to work the shower. We had to YouTube it. Thanks for letting us stay.

Beautiful house. Not as close to the beach as I would of liked. Grill needs burner replaced. Kids and friend thought it was great. Very peaceful and relaxing. Refrigerator needs shelf replaced. Is a great view from the bedroom.

The home itself was very cozy, maybe slightly small for our family of 7 though. But then we were not inside the home much. It is in great condition and is nicely furnished. The kitchen provided what was needed. We would recommend this home.

The house was decent, but there were several things that need to be fixed. There were some bad moldy smells, no screens on the windows to get air flow, not enough towels and the couch is way too worn down the cushions are totally flat. Honestly was fine, but this place really needs some improvements. Loved the town and did enjoy our stay.

Really enjoyed the proximity of the ocean; the serenity and the quietness of the home were great. Good amenities for the things we did near Netarts. It was a fun place; climbed so many steps going up and down the stairs which is always good exercise on vacation. Inside the home there was a considerable amount of wear, however, nothing that impeded function. If it was better maintained 5 stars for sure. Overall a good place.

This place a was a comfortable stay for me and my 3 friends. I wouldn't want more than 5 or 6 in this property simply because of there is only 1 full bath. There's paint chipping on the walls in quite a few spots and the couch cushions could use some more padding. The pictures don't reflect any of this, FYI. The beds are firm, so if you don't sleep well on a firm bed, then i wouldn't suggest staying here. Thankfully, that wasn't an issue for us. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The property just needs a few cosmetic touches.

Very nice property however, I had a terrible experience with Vacasa to merge two consecutive reservations-after sending emails, calls & text I was unable to merge the reservation therefore double charged for some items.

This property was great to stay at. Super cute and views of the ocean. Really close to Tillamook, so we had lots of great ice cream, and a short drive to the beach. Very quiet. We had a great time.

Dining room chairs were falling apart and therefore a safety hazard. While we were there the power flickered on and off several times. The only flashlight available was broken and no batteries in it. It would have been nice if there was a list of TV channels available. The remote to the DVD player did not have working batteries. If this property was supposed to accommodate 6,why are there only 3 teaspoons in the silverware set and only 2 washcloths in the towel sets? I sent a question to the host and didn't receive a reply. I can't recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable, made for a great home away from home. The pans are a little outdated and it could use some curtains in the master bedroom on the balcony door/ windows. I felt like I was in a fishbowl at night. About 5 mins from tunnel Beach.

All in all the visit to the property was enjoyable. The unit was as described and was clean. I appreciated the message that we could check in early. I did send a message to support stating that there was no spare key or grill as was Indicated. As it Christmas week I didn’t expect a immediate reply but never did hear back. The one disappointment was that there was no easy way to access the beach which because of the snowy weather made it hard to drive. I would have appreciated some incidentals like Al foil or wax paper. Did have a enjoyable stay.

The house was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Kitchen is great with lots of tools to make a few family dinners. Close (not walking distance) to the beach, but we didn’t have any problems finding parking, and pretty close to Tillamook. Would rent again!

I really cannot understand how this listing gained such great reviews. There were more unpleasant things about the house than pleasant. First is the front door. The moment we entered, the entry had this putrid smell, which I cannot describe other than a dead rat or something rotting. It was not mold. The kitchen was clean but pots and pans were old and rusty. The stove was so old that the gas was slow, which took forever to cook food. All our food turned out soggy. Microwave is old and slow. Most disappointing this is that this house listed to accommodate 8 adults, with a pull-out bed. First thing I noticed right away when I pulled it out was a yellow-stain on the bed sheet. Then I tried out the bed. It was sooooo flat and lumpy that I cannot imagine anyone can sleep there. You can tell the couch itself was old (the cushions were flat). I ended up sleeping on the flat couch and my niece slept on the over-sized lounging chair and used the coffee table for her feet. The property manager was nice enough to get us a brand-new blow up bed. We moved the couch to make room and there were peanuts and trash and crumbs everywhere under. Had to vacuum it. Also, we found curly dark hair and more stains on the bed-sheets upstairs. We all have straight hair so I question the thoroughness of the cleaning. The manager was kind but he stated that they wouldn't know of these things unless they hear from guests. How can you not notice the obvious smell and sheet stains??? Not worth the money

This place was fine and we’ll outfitted. Only downside is that you had to drive to the beach. There was no beach access walking from the home. Also for a three bedroom home it only had one full bath. Very clean.
