Large, Modern, Ocean-view home with HOT TUB just steps to the beach!

Experience instant relaxation when setting foot into this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This thoughtfully designed home has an open-plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all comprising one great room with a wall of windows looking out over the beautiful bay and ocean as well as a great view of Cape Lookout.
The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, and the dining area seats 10 (8 at a table, 2 more at a bar height counter). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 10. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and the bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds with both having a pull out twin size bed underneath.
A private, covered hot tub awaits our guests on the back deck so it can be enjoyed during any kind of weather. The back deck also has a large outdoor dining table and a propane grill so this makes it another great space to gather around and spend time with your friends and family.
Beach access is less than a 5-minute walk away and you can feel confident walking to the beach down a paved, quiet neighborhood road.
Family Tides is designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. The layout caters to the needs of large groups, yet is perfect for a weekend getaway. Expansive views of the ocean and beach make this home perfect for year-round gatherings. We can’t wait to host you!

** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)
