I think we might make a yearly trip to this specific house! We've been twice now and find it super comfortable. The location is superb with sweeping ocean views and a short drive down to Oceanside. House is stocked with puzzles, books, and the media room downstairs allows for cozy movie nights with the whole group. Upstairs layout is great for hanging out and entertaining.

We liked the floor plan since it had good communal space as well as good locations of the bedrooms for privacy. The ocean views were fabulous from all bedrooms and living areas. Would have preferred a second safety gate for the stairs and a bath tub for our smeall children

The view of the ocean was amazing, and for that reason we would return. With some large gathering spaces, there was plenty of space for everyone. The furnishings and artwork were an eclectic mix, older but still functional.

The views from all over the house are spectacular. Three bedrooms with views and the sounds of crashing waves. There is not much around this area in terms of restaurants or stores, so pack your food in. Then enjoy oceanfront dining for every meal. Full kitchen was great. TV set-up was too complex - better to have a working TV than a pong game.

I LOVED how well stocked the kitchen was for plates, serving dishes, appliances! It made making meals for my family of 7 much easier. Plenty of bedding and linens! I have stayed at MANY vacation rentals. This one is one of my top stays due to its view and amenities.

This home, while a little dated, had an incredible view from every room and plenty of space to accommodate multiple families. The added bonus of being able to bring our fur family was an added bonus. There was plenty of parking and privacy and while the home was dated and eclectic, it provided a certain charm and we really enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again. My only recommendation would be for a king size bed in the master.

We felt very comfortable in this location. I would have given it a five star rating for its beautiful view, but the lower level rooms were quite chilly, and the kitchen could use a few updates. The toaster and coffee maker were very basic in comparison to the rest of the kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable.

A good quick family getaway to the coast. Little trouble heating downstairs enough without getting upstairs too hot and my parents needed to stay downstairs due to no stair climbing but otherwise everything was great. Thanks

The views are simply unbeatable and the two decks plus ocean front windows are amazing. However! Both toilets need updating (the upper floor powder room toilet runs and the lower level has low flow), the mattress in the lower level bedroom with the metal bedframe needs to be replaced, the pots and pans are generally not in good shape, and the overall "vibe" is one of needing TLC (with the exception of the appliances and the sectional sofa on the lower level, which are good). It would be a spectacular property if it was updated and even with the current flaws, we'd probably stay there again.

$1M view! What would make this a $1M property would be updating. The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed. Spend a few bucks and buy a king. The family room has furniture that is at least 40 years old and none of it matches. The carpet is dirty downstairs and needs to be replaced. There is no gas grill. We have stayed at some fantastic VRBO properties and for a few bucks, this would go to a place that I would not return to one that I would recommend.

Great place, but the the home is in need of a few repairs (sliding deck doors dont work properly. lower north bedroom bed needs slats so bed doesnt fall off frame. replace the telescope and binoculars or just get rid of them. they are broke. dishwasher falls out when you slide top rack out. when using oven the top back burner area gets really hot, may be a fire hazard) may not chose this rental next time due too the repairs needed.
