「Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service」

「The property is family friendly, there is beach access - you have to walk to the beach, not too far. We enjoyed the pool. Currently they have one restaurant at the propery - it was convenient and good India food.
People are friendly and good service. We had a good time at this place. 」

「Nice hotel at this price range, only drowback is we won't get coffee/tea though we get good food.
Parking is a big problem in pondicherry, however this hotel has some space to park the vehicle on road.」
