"The room was impeccably clean & the bed very comfortable. There are amenities - coffee, TV, fridge, etc - but my work-related stay was very short and I had no need for the extras. The staff was very courteous and professional. My check-in was after midnight due to my job, and though the attendant was busy elsewhere in the building, he came right away to assist me. The next morning I overslept, and the staff was very gracious and forgiving, even returning my deposit in full after my transgression. This is a very quiet accomodations in a small town not too far from Greater Binghamton, with very reasonable rates. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to stay there again. And I would highly recommend Colonial Brick Inn to anyone traveling through or on an extended stay in the area! "

"Place was in great shape, plenty of room, very nice beds, linens etc. We did watch the Eagles lose there but the skiing at Elk and great accommodations made up for it! Also met the owner, Rob, who was extremely accommodating. We would definitely go back! One piece of information that might be helpful, Waze did not work well for mapping trip back and forth to Elk but google maps did (not sure why, it was very direct, 4.5 miles but Waze was giving a 9 mile convoluted route). "

"Hemlock Point Lodge is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable for a large gathering. What we liked most about it is that it has a beautiful gathering room with a fireplace and windows that overlook the lake and adjoining that is a large game room that includes a pool table, air hockey table, foosball, and Pac-Man video game machine. The kids loved it and they were all on the same floor with the adults. The property is situated on 100 acres with a lake so it provided lots of hiking opportunities.There are plenty of bedrooms and baths to accommodate a large group. We went during the week between Christmas and New Year's, and there was a ton of snow, which was beautiful. However, the place would also be wonderful to go to in the summertime! I would highly recommend!"

"Pool and hot tub were amazing! It was cold outside and both were clean and toasty!!We are a family of 20, and there was enough room to sleep, and enough private areas so you could easily have some quiet time. What really surprised me was the amount of acreage behind the house with hiking and a babbling creek!!! I am still in a state of Bliss!!"
