「Host was not returning any answers to my questions. Told my husband i do not feel good about this one. And sure enough 23 hrs before check in i get a message that our reservation has been cancelled. Now where are 4 people and 3 dogs gonna stay. Contacted another VRBO and she tried to upcharge use 400 because we were desperate. I get 10 days vacation a yr off from work and wasted 2 on this weekend that never happened. Thabks for nothing.」

「If you are looking for a pristine cabin, this rental is not for you. But if you prioritize location and outdoor activities, this property has a lot to offer. Our family spent Memorial Day weekend here and appreciated the row boat (plenty of life jackets at the cabin, we wouldn't have had to take up room in the car packing our own), charcoal grill on the covered porch, and plenty of board games to keep us occupied during the rainy spells. 「Great communication! Driveway to cabins were plowed before and during our stay. It was below zero temps but we were cozy in the cabin! VERY clean and great location for both downhill and cross country skiing.」

「Such a hospitable host! And such a beautiful cabin in the woods. Loved the ease of the whole thing. They even shoveled snow from my driveway and walkway so that I could get out easier. They also loaded up my bags into my car because of the snow. Such a great experience! 」

「Overall nice house. Communication was fine outside of Turo app. On the other hand it was terrible inside the app. Took over a day to receive a response to an in app message and they did not respond in app. Steep hill to get to property. Had to ask for hill to be plowed after receiving snow. Would recommend the hill be taken cared of regularly not just on call. Cold water line froze during stay. Lost a day of planned activities due to waiting for the hill and water pipe to be resolved. ...
