“I have 3 booking and stay 5 days in total. Front desk staffs are very helpful, but the management arrangement is too bad. They are short of man power, when the front desk staff need to serve another customer and leave the floor, they will lock the front door. This is very safe for customer who stay in the hotel, but not really convenient because sometimes you go out and need to wait the staff back and open the door for you. For the first days, after one people showered, the second people……

“The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. I will say that it was very noisy, as it’s on a very busy street, and unfortunately, they were very loud guests across from us on the last night. Also, keep in mind that this is not an upscale hotel, it is a sweet local property that is away from the center of town in a busy area with lots of automotive shops (they do oil changes right in street). The price obviously cannot be beat, and we felt safe in the area, but it did……

“Het ligt een stukje buiten Cusco maar daardoor wel op een rustige locatie. Het dorpje is leuk om te verkennen. De kamer is ruim. Het enige nadeel was de douche die af en toe ijskoud en dan ineens erg heet werd. Ook het matje dat ze in de douche hadden liggen was glad en haalden we er steevast uit. Verder een prima hotel met eenvoudig ontbijt. Helaas konden we niet zwemmen omdat zwembad nog niet vol zat. In de maand mei dus even controleren.”

“I had to leave in the early morning and the host unlocked the doors for me. I realized that in an emergency I would not have been able to get out of the building. There were many locks on the doors. Otherwise it was a safe place to stay, perfect for walking to the airport in 5 minutes. The hosts were very lovely and kind. ”

“I had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were excellent—so attentive, kind, and genuinely sweet people who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even picked us up from the airport, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is perfect very central and only about 12 minutes from the airport, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend staying here. You’ll be in great hands!”

“The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. ”

“I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all……

“Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Unfortunately i cant give too much feedback on the breakfast as i didnt eat breakfast there. What i can say is that i went to the breakfast area to get a pitcher of ice during breakfast hours and it smelled delish, additionally there seemed to have been a variety of breakfast options available. I also saw that they had 4 different options of freah juice made and put out for occupants to drink.
