I got the train to Tipton Station, and the first thing I did was walk down a section of the Birmingham Canal Navigations New Main Line from the Tipton Station Bridge towards the Watery Lane Bridge. On a nice sunny but cold day in Tipton! Watery Lane Bridge - I got off the canal at this bridge, and Victoria Park Tipton is nearby! The bridge must have been replaced as there is an old unused section in the middle that the current bridge is not resting on. View towards Dudley Port and Birmingham.

“Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! “We loved our stay at Hampton Manor. The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The most memorable part were the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special.
