「Booked this place because my girlfriend wanted to stay “somewhere cute with charm” on a fishing trip to Pickwick. She absolutely loved it and I’m ashamed to admit how much I actually enjoyed the vibe. Weird, little, fun place out in the middle of nowhere all by yourself. Quiet and peaceful. The shower could be a bit warmer but aside from that it was perfect. Definitely worth a stay if you want something outside the box!」

Waterloo is a small quiet town, so be prepared to entertain yourself with movies and games as well as evening talks as you gaze out across the moonlit Tennessee River. Enjoy coffee to a beautiful sunrise! Lots of nature trails near by. Be prepared with groceries because stores are nearly 30 minutes one way. Few minor things like availability of cookware/dishes-very old and not many, But able to get by-we just cook ALOT and did bring some items with us. No check out instructions left.
