Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). We have three kids under 5 so we have a lot of stuff. we knew street parking can be a gamble, but if there was a way to reserve (even just for an hour or two) the spot closest to the stairs it would be great to unload all of the items needed for kids.
