It took like 90 minutes of driving around around around Tivat to find it. (1) The address in the hotel listing is wrong. In the listing, the address is something like Kalamanjska 2A. Well...

"We had a nice stay. Very nice clean apartment and well equipped. The hosts are very helpful and English speaking. The sleeping pillows are not so comfortable. The center of Tivas can be reached by a quite steep fairly well lit path and has good restaurants and nice (stony) beaches. Pia and Ole from Denmark "
