Wonderful stay in a beautiful place!

We had such a great stay in Tivoli. You cannot beat the location or the service. Parking is only a very short walk away and you can then leave it and walk to everything you need and want in this beautiful place. Great rooms, lovely breakfast. Great communication.

We were treated wonderfully by the staff! Paolo was very accommodating. We were lost, late, confused and had heavy bags and he went above and beyond to ensure we got to our room safely and securely. The room itself was a bedroom in an apartment building (not a “hotel” style which may be important feedback for travelers). Such a great little Italian town. Not entrenched with tourists like the bigger cities which was perfect - so much to do nearby! Grazie!

What a great room. The outside/street looked a little run down but inside was redone and clean. The town is so lovely. I actually extended my stay. The one drawback for me was that there were no trains to rome on the weekend. You have to take a bus.... and i felt like trains were more limited to tivoli than other cities i stayed in while traveling. That being said i liked being stuck in the town! The train station is about a 15 minute walk

Great location, friendly host, interesting surroundings. Easy walking distance to Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Parking is in the nearby public car park, which is expensive, but that's going to be the same for any nearby accommodation. This part of Tivoli closes up by about 8.30pm, so make sure you eat before then! There's a 24hr supermarket within walking distance if you get desperate. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. There's a common area with tables and chairs for all guests to use. Unfortunately, the shower in our room was hopeless. Hot water lasted around 5 minutes, and the shower itself was as much use as a water pistol. Literally a dribble of (cold) water. Breakfast is around the corner in the same building in an ex burger joint. Coffee was good, otherwise very basic, and they seemed surprised that we might like milk for coffee and cereal. They had to go and look for some. How do Italians eat cereal if not with milk? We were booked for two nights, but left after one and returned to Rome. We are easily pleased - a clean bed, a good shower, and decent coffee is all we ask, and in 25 years it's the first time we've ever done that. I don't think we should have to inform the host that the shower isn't working - they should check these things between bookings themselves.

Mr Paolo from hotel contacted me via WhatsApp with detailed instructions of how to find hotel and advised on parking location. 15 minutes walk to Villa d’Este.

Lovel simple accommodations in perfect location

This was a lovely space in an excellent location right in the old town part of Tivoli, close to many charming restaurants and bars, a short walk to Villa d’Este, and. Short walk from the train station. The proprietor was kind and helpful. The free breakfast is simple and a good start to the day. All was exactly as advertised.

Wonderful Apartment in Tivoli 🌟

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Great burgers and cappuccinos basically right outside the door. Very quiet, calm and relaxing space. Perfect location to walk to the all the sights easily.

My GPS failed and we got lost in the centrale historico. The host had already contacted me to find out our ETA, so I called him and he came to find us and guide us to the parking area and drove us to the place. GREAT service. It was nice to stay in a historic building on one of Tivoli's piazze. Breakfast was very nice.

The room is quite large, very clean and includes a kitchenette, which we did not use, as they offer a very good breakfast. They also offered to make lunch, which we should have done because there was no food (except from vending machines) at Villa Adriana. The property is very close to all other sites—Villa d’este, Temple of Sibilla and Villa Gregoriana.

Ottima posizione e tranquilla

Stanza con 4 posti letto molto grande, posizione centrale e molto silenziosa.Si trova all'interno di un palazzo antico. Colazione abbondante e le torte di Serena molto buone fatte in casa. Per raggiungere il B&B non è stato semplice mettendo l'indirizzo Via Teobaldi, 2 facendoti percorrere una strada sterrata.Chiamando poi il B&B, Serena mi ha detto di selezionare sul navigatore Parcheggio di Piazza Massimo ed è stato semplicissimo.Ci ha consigliato di cenare al ristorante Alfredo a pochi passi ed è stato un ottimo consiglio.Da non perdere alle 23.30 al primo bar che incontri uscendo dal palazzo i cornetti caldi alla crema. Peccato che il parcheggio più vicino è a 500 metri e non è agevole quando hai le valige e oltretutto a pagamento senza alcuna convenzione. Inoltre il cellulare non prendeva la linea all'interno della stanza ma occorreva spostarsi vicino alla finestra. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovate molto bene.

No nos dimos cuenta de que era un B&B hasta que llegamos, pero la experiencia buenísima. Al principio impacta llegar al portal porque es un portón antiguo y parece un callejón, pero con Paolo, su mujer Manuela y con Serena todo cambia. Una atención muy cuidada incluso antes de llegar (nos informaron sobre el párquing más cercano, la ztl, se adaptaron a nuestra hora de llegada..) Una vez nos recibieron, al no haber ascensor, nos ayudaron con las maletas y ya traían un mapa de Tívoli para que nos orientáramos en nuestra visita y algún que otro consejo. La habitación como la pedimos (con cama de matrimonio, aunque nos dieron la opción de cambiar al llegar), limpia y conjuntado, con el baño privado muy limpio y con buena iluminación, con nevera en la habitación por si quieres llevar algo y la verdad es que todo muy bien. Está a 8 minutos andando de Villa d'Este (absolutamente recomendable ir). Y no olvidar el desayuno (con variedad y muy casero) también muy agradable con Serena, que fue muy simpática y atenta. Sin duda repetiríamos y lo recomendamos
