“The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend ”

“Great one night stay at the King's Arms. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. Couldn't work out how to use the TV and a nice chap came up immediately to sort it. Couldn't fault the clealiness. Great shower. Continental breakfast in a bag contained flapjack, apple, juice, croisant, butter and jam and a porridge pot. Had a great evening meal in the pub. “The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. ”
