"Lovely, spacious room that we upgraded to, on arrival, Bure Suite. Room was spotless. Love the Elemis products. Modern bathroom with fabulous choice of 2 showers that can be used simultaneously. Good spray! Great temperature. Nice option of filter coffee bags, tea, hot chocolate and other teas with nice quality biscuits. Would it be possible , though, to have mugs , in addition to cups and saucers?! 😀 You don't get much in those cups! 😉 Slept well, quiet, though I heard staff moving...

"Totally surprised how nice the room was in the Stag. Room was immaculate, everything worked, cleaned and replenished with tea/coffee and biscuits, bed made and clean towels, Yes!!! Every day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, if I wanted anything it was given and more without question. The location was great for getting into Wroxham and for driving elsewhere. Thank you for our lovely week to all the staff. "

"Wonderful landing spot in Norwich! Clean, bright, spacious, and cozy room, calm and friendly atmosphere, and super kind, responsive hosts. Great location too; easy walk to the city centre, but peaceful and beautiful residential neighborhood."

"Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value...

"Lovely place to stay, all areas are very clean as was the room . The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited but there os a large payable car park opposite the property. This was our first time here and certainly won't be our last. "

"Second time staying, a beautiful place tucked away just outside Norwich. Staff very friendly, my room in the cottage was lovely. Breakfast was ok, with a small choice but was adequate. You can go for a walk near the hotel but it is a very busy road with no pavements so take care."
