“Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. Each bed space has plug for charging phone and small light.. 1 toilet and shower/bath room + 1 toilet, washing machine (we didn't use it), hair dryer, and many more.... Provided pots &……

“El departamento es bonito, funcional y está en una zona agradable, no muy lejos de las estaciones de metro. En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo……

“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit……

“Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan.”

“Communication with the host before and after checking in was good. During our 7 days’ stay, we requested for ONE extra pillow but to no avail, and the complementary coffee was NEVER AVAILABLE because the machine was that maintained - waste water catchment was forever full and coffee ground not disposed. Do no chance of having their free coffee.”

“Very conveniently located, however, the property was tiny even compared to Japanese standard and their sofa bed was very very uncomfortable, kept coming loose. They could invest a little better into sofa bed, mattress was of a very cheap quality, compared to other places, we stayed in Japan. Just a few things would help. otherwise good property good stay responsive owner.”
