"Loved staying at Keio Plaza Hotel.
The staff were very helpful and professional. Pleasantly surprised by their English language capabilities, as thought we’d have more challenges however so many of them could speak and understand English which made it very easy for us.
The hotel is in a great location, near the main train station and major shops; but also many restaurants nearby serving all sorts of food.
Had a 3 bed room in the south tower which was spacious and nice and clean.
Staff throughout the hotel were very courteous and gave high quality customer service.
Would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Tokyo."
