「Spent a lovely Christmas here with family! The cabin is well stocked, immaculately clean, quiet and cozy! We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside, the game room downstairs and the hot tub outside overlooking the river. All the peace and solitude of the mountains with the convenience of being just 20 minutes from Boone! 」

「I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! 」

「The house is in a beautiful setting with a great open floor plan, huge windows and a wonderful outdoor seating area. Lots of plugs for electronics and the bathrooms are well equipped with hooks. Even the ice maker worked. These are the little things that matterLoved the indoor fireplace. The gravel drive is very well maintained. Ryan communicated well. Highly recommended 」

「This was better than I expected. I would love to come and stay for a week and just relax. It is on a quiet farm the back of the property in the woods right on a stream and with the fall colors having all the windows on the ceiling and around the room were amazing. The bathroom you do have to go outside to use what it’s attached to the building and it has a little heater so it was not a big deal. It was magical to say the least. I would stay here again and highly recommend recommended to others. 」
