Surrounded by 10 acres of private land, this beautifully restored 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa offers space for up to 12 guests. Just minutes from the medieval town of Todi, it blends traditional Umbrian architecture—terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings—with understated elegance.

Enjoy panoramic views from the pool, stroll through Mediterranean gardens rich with roses, herbs, and seasonal fruit, and gather for relaxed lunches or sunset barbecues on the covered terrace.

A private driver (on request) can take you to nearby villages, vineyards, or activities such as golf and clay pigeon shooting. Evenings are best spent dining under the stars, surrounded by ancient olive trees—an unforgettable escape in the heart of Umbria.

This home is a 5/5. We stayed here with 4 children, 4 adults and absolutely had an amazing time on the property. Highly recommend this Villa for rental to any family with children and even has extra space for friends or parents! The views are stunning, the layout is beautiful, and the property is very private with easy access to nearby restaurant in minutes, to town / markets within 15 mins.
