"The hotel was perfectly located, our room clean and modern, the front desk checkin flawless and checkout easy via phone. A great stay!"

"TV very blurry and difficult to watch. Not sure of the deal. At check in had issues had to ask for help. Twice person helping walks away though I still was not completely sure I had everything done. When you have a new system it's possible everyone might be new to it and you usually help someone until they are done not walk away. It seems customer service everywhere is going away. It's do things yourself and people are left on their own. All to save 💰💰. It's too bad. "

"Hotel is beautiful, clean staff so friendly. Plenty of restaraunts., pool is beautiful! Love piano bar in lobby and casino not Smokey smelling. "

"Early check in fee changes, first we reached around 11 and tried to check in. Staff member said it’s $50 fee before 1. I decided to go at 2 then another staff member said it’s 25 now to check in plus taxes.🙄 Location is right in the middle of the strip but actual hotel room is too far insides too much walking. Amenities- decent room with blow dryer .. streamer.. no slippers or bathrobe. Tried their breakfast place downstairs.. it’s very expensive but tasty. "

"Went there 2/27-3/2, 2026. Massive luxury hotel on strip. Many restaurants, upscale down to food courts. Had a little trouble navigating and actually got lost in the hotel once. Food choices were excellent. So convenient to walk to Sphere. Room had all amenities, however no in room coffee which would have been a plus because it’s a long walk in the morning to get a coffee. Gave it 4 stars because the room had some minor cleaning areas that I noticed that needed attention but overall I would recommend. "

"My room did not get cleaned during my stay. I had to go to the cleaning ladies in the hallway to get clean towels, coffee, and cups. One day, there was a couple clean towels placed on my bed, but the bed was not made."

"The rooms weren’t the best considering the prices. There wasn’t any hot water the water was luke warm. There was a foul smell in the hallways. "
