"This is a lovely hotel! The hotel breakfast was absolutely fantastic - it’s worth going for this alone! The room itself was great - comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good quality toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

" Very few people spoke English. The room was very small for staying 3. nights. The bed was very uncomfortable The reception area was very good but the rest of the hotel could do with upgradeing."

"Generally satisfied, room bigger than many other such rooms - but Tokushima is not prime real estate. Bed was a bit hard, as was the pillow, and two pillows would have been nice, not just one!. Also, disappointed that it was a conte\inental breakfast only - though it was fine, would have likes a mixed continental and Japanese offering. Only one downside - no tea at breakfast, Japanese or Indian!!!! Not everyone drinks coffee! Next time - Tea please!!!!!"

"This is a very sad little place in desperate need of a make-over. Not very inviting tiny lobby with a vending machine and a front desk. Room size is okay, bathrooms are terrible. Shower curtain moldy and you can barely move or stand up straight in the bath room. Smell is disgusting and you get so claustrophobic that it's best to leave the door open. Would not recommend, even though staff was friendly. "
