"The premium floors (16-20) have an amazing view! You cannot access the balcony for safety reasons but it is still well worth it. Room is spacious and very clean. Shower & Bathtub are separated & there's a door separating them from the toilet itself which is great if you are staying with others. Premium or deluxe option have full fridge and microwave as well as a foot massager!"

"This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back."

"Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay! "
