Liked the surrounding area and where it was located. Really cute neighborhood. There were 2 things that I didn’t like; the bathroom consistently smelled strongly of sewer and it wafted all throughout the place. The other thing was that it was right next to a train track. The trains ran early and late. Loud.

Was a great spot, like a tiny one bed apartment really. Clear rules and notes left everywhere. Has coin laundry and must be mindful of trash. Near the station and some good shopping malls/centers. Has train near though so some noise during night but not horrible.

What a wonderful little apartment! We loved our stay in this neighborhood for the amenities around the apartment, the funky artwork in our room, convenience to the train station (a short 10 minute walk) and the super clear communication on how to find the apartment from the property staff. We thought we would be a little too far from all the Tokyo attractions, but that was not the case for all our explorations. About 45 min to Shibuya Stn for example. Also, discovered a lovely little restaurant across the tracks from the appartment on our last night. Thank you for making our stay in Tokyo such a pleasure.

We really enjoyed the art on the walls and the simplicity of our stay. The train running by our room was a bit loud, but we learned to tune it out quickly. Very comfortable rooms and beds.

I feel that the overall property was good. The room however was not. The description stated that it was a full bed, a twin and a futon (Which you can see in pictures)There were 4 of us traveling. Myself and 3 teenage kids which 2 ended up having to share the twin the was sinking in the middle. I chose this room for the 4 beds and we were disappointed but didn’t let it ruin our trip. Our room was on the 1st floor and I guess next to a closet because stacked next to our door was big packages of some sort which made it impossible to open our room door all the way. Just another thing to maybe think about with guest coming in and out with luggage.

Nice, clean place. Not in the tourist section. Shopping and food close by. Walking distance to train station and many bus stops around. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Tokyo.

All 4 of us loved our stay at AOCA! It was nice and clean, we loved the art on the walls and the bonus of 2 bathrooms was very very nice. The building is very quiet and having a grocery store nearby was very convenient. Beds are smaller than we are used to in North America but they were very comfortable. Would recommend!

Very cozy and perfect for our group. Apartment was quite clean and washing machines are a huge plus. Large superstore is near the apartment for groceries and toiletries. The only minor complaint was that the train could be heard passing by from time to time although the noise was faint.

Great stay !!! comfortable , nice, very clean and modern facilities with keyless system . Information and room instructions very good and detailed . Some train track noise but we were fine with it . It is about a 20 min train transport to Haneda airport from Omori station - And a 7 min walk from place to Omori train station Definitely a great value for the price .

I like that this unit has two bathrooms with regular size bathtub, toilet and sink. It is great that two people can shower at the same time after a long day of sightseeing in Tokyo.

Great stay! This place is close to train (cute shops) station, mega don qui, lots of restaurants (try dumpling factory)and our favorite morning stop…Torch Bakery. Delicious!!! Train noise was not bad at all.

There was a strange smell when we checked in but it disappeared the next day. Room and bedding was clean and we slept well despite being able to hear the trains passing by. The heating function from the air-conditioner was really weak and barely able to heat up the room. There are washer and dryers next door but we have to pay to use them; it's better if this is stated upfront. The place was easy to find and access and there are many dining establishments along the way, including convenience stores. It's almost a straight train to Narita airport and we reached in about 1hr 30min. Overall, a good stay!

The room was very clean with all necessary anenities, with grocery, dining and shopping very conveniently nearby. If there was only one downside, its that its a bit of a walk from the nearest train station to the property, especially with luggage, so account for that when you are arriving and leaving.

A clean and comfortable stay near Omori train station. Good and value for money food choices are near the area. Mega Don Quijote is short walk away. Keyless system and there are clear instructions given on how to access the gates and doors. There is also a instruction manual on how to sort the trash and how to use the appliances. It is near a busy train track (might be noisy to some) but we are fine with that.

Hotel near Omori station for walking but if you stay room 5B, 4B 3B 2B near train rail track, in night train run to 1am and 4.30 am run again. You will not sleep well because it is noisy. You should buy cotton in chemist put in your ear when you sleep. You will not see hotel owner only use password main door and room. Hotel is OK

We really appreciated the art in random parts of the building and suite. The mural outside on the common patio on 5F was especially unique. Our only dislike was that you can hear the train crossing signal throughout the night, so if you're a light sleeper, might be best to use earplugs. Other than that, the property is a great find! Highly recommended and would definitely rent again!!

This place is great. Next to a nice city. My wife and I didnt have to leave Omori to have a nice day. We were happy relaxing taking walks in this town with the peaceful locals. This was our first trip to Japan and it was the best experience i couldve had. Coming back to this apartment every night was a big relief. Its in between mutliple stores includjng a couple 7-11s, a Mega DonQuijote and a couple of really great thrift stores. Would really love to come back with my family. Everyone is too kind and helpful.

Great charming artistic place
Very clean place and near the train station about a 7 minute walk. Quiet area and space is very big compared to other places in Japan. Room has necessities, towels, aircon, fridge and more. We didn't experience any problems. Only thing was difficult to use storage system but nonetheless they were very accommodating to assist us when needed. I would definitely come back here and stay. I would also recommend to others as well. Extra added plus, there is big Don Quite store nearby. Just a few minutes walking distance which made it a big plus to get snacks and eatery.

오모리에 출퇴근 등하교 하는 사람이 많아서 새벽까지도 사람이 다녀요 그래서 안전하게 다녔고 근처에 편의점 돈키호테 있고 역이랑 가까워요 호텔 입구에서 한 번 방 문 앞에서 한 번 총 두 번 비번 쳐서 들어가야해요 왓츠앱으로 연락햇는데 피드백은 좋아요 근데 3번 잤는데 수건을 첫날에만 주셔서 연락드렸더니 마지막 날에 주셧어요 그래서 하루는 씻고 드라이기로만 말렸어요ㅠㅠ 그래도 있읗 건 다 있어요 조리도구 등등... 히터 조작이 너무 어렵고 잫 안 돼서 다음 날 새볏에 너무 추워서 일어낫러료 감기 걸럇어요ㅠㅠㅠ
