Thank you, visited from the UK, had one night here to rest my head and it was perfect for that - quiet and clean with AC in the room which you need in the summer. Staff very welcoming and let me leave my suitcase there much earlier than check-in and let me leave it there for a good while after check out.

Property was in between 2 train stations. It is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the busy areas. It was quite a bit of a trek in hot and humid weather. In nice weather, the walk probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much. The facilities are a bit dated but clean. Staff is very nice.

已不是第一次入住了，老闆和老闆娘都很有善。我今次住在二樓，因為沒有電梯(入住時有說明）, 今次行李比較多，清潔姐姐見狀便第一時間幫我拿行李到樓下。老闆娘可能知道我是常客，也送到我出門口。房間比其他洒店大，性價比高！

宿泊費の割に、宿泊した部屋はホテルというより簡易宿泊所を少し良くした感じ。施設そのものは、リフォームされているが、部屋やお風呂場はとにかく狭い。上階や横の部屋の物音がよく聞こえる。今回の値段では今後利用することはないだろう。

Apparently they were doing renovations & my room absolutely wreaked of a sickly smell. Upon enquiring about this smell, they explained that it was because of the new wallpaper that had just been applied. The room itself was clean & comfortable, but the smell was terrible, sickening.

The best thing about this place is the staff people are very friendly and nice and helpful. There is no elevator. Room is small for a single room. They have been renovating rooms and they will be renewal soon.

L'hotel è decisamente datato, sia come struttura sia come camere, arredamento e servizi. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Il prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato per quello che viene offerto. La nota positiva è che Il personale è gentile e la zona molto tranquilla e non trafficata, a due passi dalla stazione di Ueno.
