“I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. “Stayed here after an overnight flight from the US prior to our cruise boarding the next afternoon. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They kindly arranged a private car from the airport (shout out to Luca for his excellent service). Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and bars within easy walking distance. The walk to our ship is 20 minutes. Highly recommend this lovely place. ”
