"The owner was very gracious considering we were very late. The room we stayed in had three beds. A king and one single. It was very comfortable. Slept like a rock, but it is right next to an airport which served our purpose. The room was very clean. A very different area than what we had been staying in so it was nice to experience a different part of Rome.. Very close to the sea. Just a short walk."

"This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

"We spent 2 weeks beginning of July. All is exactly what it is mentioned on the site. Our journey has been very nice. Vanessa was available for all request. We appreciated the cleaning of the location, it is well-equipped, well-protected as well. A strong point is that the location is closed to the bus stop to go easily to Rome. "The home itself is thoughtfully laid out, such that everyone could find 'space,' if desired, in addition to the eight bedrooms; with views of the lake and orchard and the scent of roses and jasmine everywhere. The caretakers were attentive and quick, but unobrtrusive. The kitchen was well stocked, equipment-wise, with some spices & condiments. The pool was perfect - set back in the garden, away from the house. We arrived on a cool day to find a fire in the fireplace awaiting us. Could not think...
