「Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose...

「Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though. Restaurant was lovely and staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and served very hot. Staff made sure the food was ok for us and kept our drinks refreshed. Breakfast was...
