「I was expecting a family hotel as it's marked as a hotel - that's what I had put into the search box. Instead, it was simply an HMO - a terraced house with multiple rooms with one shared bathroom/toilet in very poor condition. It's a great place to leave.」

Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys.
