Fantastic views of Beaver Stadium and conveniently located just minutes from downtown State College, Penn State University, and Boalsburg. A short drive to Mt. Nittany Winery. Walking distance to Mt. Nittany and hiking trails. This quiet neighborhood includes a park with tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground.

This is the place to stay in State College, close to campus, close to entrance to highway, and the view of Beaver Stadium at night and fire pit was icing on the cake. Well stocked with everything you need kitchen and bathrooms.

Had friends and family stay for sons graduation. Location was very convenient and had plenty of space. Property was clean and Erik was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions regarding the property. Highly recommend!

Loved this house that felt like a home..

We took a short weekend trip with another family to show our sons PSU. This house was such a great find. The layout is super cool! If I had one thing to say it's that they need more comfy seating in the family/living room. We really loved the house. It's nicely decorated and felt warm.

Great Weekend at Top of Lemont

What an amazing place. Our weekend was all about PSU football and this house added to the great weekend. The location, cleanliness and functionality of the house were all perfect. Our host was incredibly responsive and even proactive about addressing our needs. Hope to be back on the Top of Lemont again next year.
