"We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. Only negative thing was the weird mirror in the corner of the third room, both of us thought it was a strange place for it. Neither of us stayed in that room so it didn’t bother us, but we did question it. Other than that, great place!"

It was too cold to use the water toys but it was nice to sit and relax at the deck of the boathouse. Beware there are a ton of stairs to get down there, but my 80 yr old mother in law was able to get down and back. There is a café and bar there at the lake that was good and homey.
