「Overall, the experience was horrible. I booked for 2 nights but did not feel safe enough to stay for the 2nd and booked another hotel. Items that made this a very uncomfortable experience were the following.
I arrived later in the evening (around 10pm) and as I went up the stairs to the room, there was a dumpster overflowing with trash. The smell was horrible considering the amount of spoiled dairy products that were left out. The trash remained the next day with 100-degree heat continuing...

「Our family has stayed here twice for various KU events and we have been very happy. The apartment is so cute, well acquainted and has everything you need from washer/dryer to fridge/dishwasher and pretty much any appliances and kitchenware you need. The location is absolutely perfect for getting to Mass street and KU. Parking is great. The check in/out process is seamless. Great WiFi too!」
