“Came for the weekend while the rugby was on. Place was clean/tidy and no issues with shared bathroom. Check in and check was easy and located not too far from the centre of town. This place was ideal for a weekend stay. ”

“Nice clean large room. The fridge was a big bonus. Excellent shower which was much appreciated after a long day walking. We were led to believe from the hotel.com web site that there is Wifi only in public areas but in fact there was wifi all over the the guest house including the rooms. And it was super fast wifi. I was able watched Netflix on my ipad and all the football matches I wanted to watch. Moyra (the owner), is a lovely friendly lady, as her staff. Breakfast was fabulous,……

“I stayed here for a 3 day walking weekend. The Guest House was great as the owners allowed me to charge my electric car overnight for a fee. The room was also very large and comfy as was the en-suite. Breakfast was great too.”

“Great little studio flat. Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen well equipped, great hair dryer, lovely towels, comfy bed, great all round apartment. Didn’t bother me but 2 flights of stairs into the rafters of the house for anyone with mobility issues. Very comfortable, wound stay again. ”

“The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road.”
