The space Conveniently located in the charming, yet quiet neighborhood of Clearview, Oakville. It's within walking distance of shops, restaurants, lakes, and parks. Beautiful upscale building in a quiet neighborhood with large terraces and amazing views. Abundant walking trails are nearby for you to explore and enjoy. Easy access to highway 427, 407, 403, QEW, and Clarkson GO & Trafalgar Go Station.

We are thrilled to offer you full access to our entire building, including the attached garage (with the exception of the storage room in the basement) and the entire private & fenced backyard. You won't be sharing this property with anyone else other than your family, friends, or guests.
For our younger guests, we are happy to provide equipment and facilities such as toys, high chairs, and cribs. However, please note that the property is NOT child-proof. Children will need to be accompanied by adults age 18 or older ALL THE TIME.
Disclaimer Regarding Allergies: We understand concerns regarding allergies. As a pet-friendly Airbnb, we allow guests to bring their furry friends and family. We prioritize cleanliness, with our team thoroughly vacuuming and sanitizing the property after each stay. Upholstery on furniture is vacuumed, towels and bedding are changed, and laundry is handled in-house to minimize cross-contact. We have also now replaced the dining chairs and headboards with upholsteries into hard surfaces. Air filters can be provided in designated areas if you request 7 days before your arrival, and we recommend bringing any necessary anti-allergy medication or epi-pens. However, please note that while we make every effort to ensure the property is clean and comfortable for all our guests and we strive for a clean environment, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of animal hair or dander residuals. We take no responsibility for any allergy attacks that may occur during your stay. If severe allergies are a concern, we recommend seeking accommodations with no pet history.
We understand the inconvenience of snow during your stay, and we have arranged for snow removal within 24 hours after the snowfall ends. However, please be aware that we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or if there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for any damage to your car or belongings caused by any reason.

Baby Gate: guests need to request since we do not have the baby gates installed as most guests find them to be cumbersome and potentially hazardous due to the reduced step tread. This can pose challenges and even increase the risk of tripping. However, if you would still like the baby gate installed and are willing to accept the associated risks, we can have the gates installed for you before arrival.
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere inside the premise. We will charge a one-time deep-cleaning fee of $600.00 (in addition to the $200 cleaning fees charged when booking) if the guest or any visitor smoke/vape on the property.
One security camera facing the backyard and one camera facing the driveway, both will record continuously during the guest stay. One smart doorbell system with a camera with 24/7 motion detection and recording function for security purposes. One smart lock records entries & locking status. Smart thermostats is used to adjust temperature on a pre-setting mode 24/7. A robotic vacuum cleaner has a pre-set schedule to automatically clean the first floor daily.
