We loved this hotel. The hotel was very clean, wonderful hot breakfast and close to the Clarkson train station (with a free parking lot) so we were able to easily get downtown Toronto. They also had coffee and hot tea available to grab and go! Highly recommend if we want to stay outside Toronto but be easily able to get down to union station for conventions and entertainment.

The room was comfortable and quiet but we were looking forward to the hot tub that was listed at this hotel. We travelled a long time and spent 2 nights here. No hot tub was a disappointment.

The assistant General Manager Priya is simply amazing. Helpful, thoughtful, kind and veryy accommodating with my late check out request. The housekeeping is suppose to be done every other day, yet my room was cleaned and well equipped everyday..Will definately return

Nice hotel, had great breakfast like similar Hampton/Hilton properties we've been to. Had a pool, had frosted windows for privacy which was a nice touch. Room was not ready when we got there, but the man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us upgraded room. Only minor downside was that the floor was wet in the corner when we got in, not sure if its an A/C issue or from cleaning. Location is right between oakville and mississauaga. Would go again if we are in the area.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. However right outside of our room on the 2nd floor there was light pole in the parking lot that glared into our room the entire night. The main curtains wouldn’t block this out. They were not adjustable. It was sort of an inconvenience while trying to fall asleep with a toddler. I recommend curtains that are adjustable to make the entire room dark if needed. Other than that breakfast was a plus and the staff are super friendly.

Overall the room was great, but it did have a bit of a smell when we got in the room. After the A/C ran for a while, it seemed to go away. Maybe we just got used to it. We were only there for a night.
