We absolutely love staying at this hotel for our staycations in the city. The rooms are always beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the incredible staff — everyone is warm, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make every stay feel special.
One of our favourite things about this hotel is its location. It’s tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful escape, yet still right in the heart of the entertainment district and close to everything the city has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. We always look forward to coming back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable city getaway.
If you’re thinking of come to Toronto or just planning a theatre, dinner and overnight stay in the city…this is the place to stay.

The hotel was amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean beautiful room. Plenty of staff always opening the door and greeting us when coming in and leaving. Loved the complimentary lemon and lime water in lobby and on our floor. Also the area is quiet and beds very comfortable. We will stay again for sure.

Hours of lobby bar / restaurant were disappointing (closed mid-afternoon, and by 10pm). 10am end of breakfast on a weekend was not ideal. Minor maintenance issues in room (bathroom door handle broken). Overall lighting excessively dark.

Always a pleasant stay. The room is spectacular. There was a tapping noise in my room that they could not place and the staff was accommodating to work out a resolution. I will stay again.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean. My room was right above dumpsters (I think), so pickups started at a very early hour and continued on from 4am. Recommend requesting a room on street side (Mercer St.) as it's a relatively quiet street.
