“We originally booked a superior King Suite. Prior to our arrival we were upgraded to the Penthouse suite. This was a pleasant surprise. While the gesture was appreciated, the suite we were given was two floors with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We stayed for two nights and after the first night the stairs became more of a nuisance than a bonus as they were steep steps and a little slippery. We would have preferred one floor in the end. As we were not asked and just given this room……

“Cute little boutique hotel. We had a street facing room on the 4th floor and hardly heard anything. Bit of a surprise of only a service elevator, but would definitely stay here again!”

“Good location near Roger’s Centre and street cars. Only issue we had was opening locked box to get the key and had to walk back to the facility to place key in the room. Locked box is located two blocks from apartment. If catching an early morning flight placing key back in box may be a risk to the individual. Staff was easy to contact by text during the day but at 3 am trying to catch a flight may be a different story when locked box is difficult to open. TV remote batteries were dead we……

“I stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The suite had a very calming atmosphere, I slept better and longer than I usually do. I especially loved the coffee maker, which made it easy to prepare coffee before heading out each morning. The suite was exceptionally clean, and the host was very friendly and made sure everything was ready before my arrival. Check-in was smooth, and the staff clearly explained the checkout process. Overall, I would definitely recommend this suite……
