"Parking was good and easy. Rooms very nice and clean and well maintained . Staff were very helpful."

"Perfect location for the beach and restaurants. Overall the apartment was the perfect size for us - 2 adults and 3 children. Poor welcome from the receptionist; she seemed preoccupied with admin instead of attending to us for check-in. The apartment wasn't completely clean, dust around the shelves in the bathroom and bedroom. The leaking shower didn't help with the weak water pressure. Fridge door could be changed around for easy access The sofa bed in the front room is very old and overused not comfortable for adults however fine for 1 child. Swimming seemed to be full of debris however, around the poolside it was clean and there were plenty of sun beds. Great service from the bar/restaurant by the poolside. On our last night, they had live music which was just lovely"

"Staff were very helpful, layout and decor is modern. Room was very clean and air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was quite average. No extras such as poached eggs were available - only scrambled egg and hard boiled eggs. Buffet style so items are not that hot. Waffle maker is good but needed a clean and ran out of batter."

"This was a lovely Hotel breakfast was great Full English or Continental or you could ask for other things EG I had poached eggs on English Muffin which was lovely. We also had two evening meals which were just as enjoyable Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was the price of parking £15 a day was very steep especially being a quest at the hotel and having a disabled husband not being able to take advantage of free disability parking for our entire stay with on street parking which we have on other stay's in Torquay as couldn't drop him and luggage off and leave him maybe for quest's with disabilities there could be some sort of concession Other wise we really enjoyed our stay"

"This hotel is amazing in the summer due to the outdoor pool and bar terrace. It feels like being abroad. The communal areas are lovely, the food in the restaurant was very good and the spa was beautiful. The downsides of this hotel are that the room was very dated and tired (we had a cosy superking) and the parking charge of £15 per night for the hotel car park was excessive (so we parked directly outside on the road for our entire stay, which was free and actually closer to walk to with our bags than the car park)."
