The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and easy. The room itself, however, was very old and definitely in need of updating. While it seemed generally clean, the carpets were quite worn and felt a bit gross. The bathroom had good water pressure, which was a plus, but the windows had a lot of spider webs around them, even though they were high up. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its location, great staff, and solid food and drink options, but the rooms would really benefit from some refreshing and deeper attention to detail."
