"首先，機場接駁車不是 很好等，也需要打電話到飯店確認，但還可接受， 再來到達已經接近半夜了，結果飯店找不到我訂單。足足讓我們在那裡確認來確認去一小時。訂單號碼飯店說沒有，HOTELS'COM的人說是飯店的問題。總是很像踢皮球。但是最後解決了，可是對於隔天一早還要趕飛機的我們，真的很折磨。"

"It is the Queen Mary. She is 91 years old. You are going to be staying there for the historic value, or if you are a marine/naval enthusiast. The hotel stay essentially includes admission for the length of your stay, meaning you will have basically parts of boat all to yourselves for plenty of photo opportunities. Enjoy sunrise and sunset onboard; great colours for those who chase golden hours. Check-out is at 11 AM, but they don't kick you out until they close again, or until your parking pass expires at 4 PM. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants close at 8 PM. The lounge closes at 10 PM, and last call for the kitchen was about 9:15. Plenty of water dispensers onboard. Ice machines and vending machines are also available. Rooms are obviously old, but they are clean. The ship gets cool at night from central conditioning, but they said extra blankets are available on requests. The metallic walls do let sound travel, but guests are made aware and it was quiet after 10 PM. Would definitely stay on board again. Thank you for keeping the last of her kind super ocean liner available for the public."

"The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room."
