"I am glad that I was only there for one night. First, there was only one man working the late shift and he had to deal with a lot of customers. He was efficient but definitely stressed. The room smelled weird and I was unable to open a window or even get the fan to work, so no air. The heating and cooling did not work at all. The only plugs in the room to plug in a charger were in the lamps by the bedside and on the desk. The ones on the bedside lamp did not work and the ones on the desk sparked on and off when I tried to use them, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The toilet paper holders were so close to the toilet that I banged my arms every time I used it. I sat down on the bed and sank into a hole. Both mattresses were very soft and lumpy. This was not a cheap hotel, but it needed maintenance. On the plus side, the lighting in the bathroom was quite good, something I always look for in a hotel room and usually don't find, even in very upscale hotels. And the breakfast was not bad. I also very much appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport."

"It was actually very clean very nice. I like the idea they don’t charge for parking or at least they didn’t charge me. Hopefully they’re not charging people for parking, but they also have a nice pool not so much on the breakfast. You better get there early or it’s gonna be"

"We were very impressed with the reception desk staff. Natalie was awesome. Friendly, courteous and informative about restaurants and how to get around the area. The breakfast was delicious. Did I say how awesome Natalie is? Great value for the area. 5 miles from the beach. About $20 Lyft ride to the beach. The suite is great. I do suggest moving the television a couple of inches so it can be seen from the bed or the sitting room. We would definitely stay with you again."

"I booked 4 rooms of them he took a security deposit after check out I’m calling they said wait for 15 days now it’s more then a month I never get back refund"
