「Located close to the city center and cruise Port, perfect place to stay before or after a cruise. The city was picturesque and the food and pricing were excellent. If in the area again I would definitely stay here. The owner was responsive and helpful with questions we had. 」

「close to train station. No amenities in hotel but we didn't care. if you go to this hotel, your basic expectations for hospitality will not be met. Front desk personnel don't know anything about Customer service. They answer questions in a defensive manner as if you are accusing them of anything. They even have the audacity to raise their voice when you dare to ask again or clarify their responses because of the language barrier. They get annoyed as soon as they realize you don't speak Italian....

「We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink. We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests. The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros....

「Bon hôtel simple, petit déjeuner avec large choix et personnel agréable. Très bien situé à 5 minutes de la gare. Un petit coup de frais serait bien, mais rien de dramatique.」

「The hotel was centrally located and great for walking to nearby shops and sights. There were restaurants right outside the door. The most difficult part was choosing which one we wanted to try. It was also very close to the airport, which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. I would absolutely recommend staying here.」
