「This is a great property in a new quiet neighborhood. Dont let the location pn the Southside fool you. Great access to the 25 and the 40 for easy drives all across town. Super close to Kirtland and the airport but no noise from aircraft! We will definitely be back. The house is perfect for 2-6 people and thr floor plan gives plenty of space and privacy between bedrooms. 」

「As a family we travel every year on a family vacation. I can truly say this was the best home we stayed in .Great amenities and beautiful decor. The hosts were especially responsive to all inquiries. Everyone really expressed how much they enjoyed staying in this location, and enjoyed all the extras provided. 」

「Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. Not an issue for most but there were a few over 70 who were not fans of the steps. Other than that, house was very nice and property manager was very responsive - went above and beyond to ensure we immediately had...

「Our family had a wonderful stay at this gated compound! It is a perfect place for a family reunion, with great kitchens and lots of outdoor spaces where children can play. 「A lovely, QUIET, well appointed home. We love that there are unique spaces to enjoy. The quiet main bedroom, the outside terrace upstairs, the main family room with kitchen and dining space - AND the yoga / workout space and downstairs outside yard. Plus an empty 2 car garage to put our truck in. All the fixings in the kitchen for meals too. Simply wonderful. We will definitely come back because there’s more to enjoy in Albuquerque. 」
