Wat hebben we genoten bij het huisje van Marilo;. Wat een prachtig uitzicht. En wat een mooie plek. Zoveel privacy en zoveel rust. We hebben er drie nachten vertoefd en hadden graag wat langer willen blijven. De reis de berg op en af is goed te doen. Wandelen is niet heel makkelijk in de omgeving maar daarvoor gingen we naar ‘beneden’..

Was für ein absolut schönes Ferienhaus! Zugegeben, als wir dort ankamen, waren wir ein wenig beeindruckt von den Straßen zum Haus, die sehr hoch sind und ein bisschen beängstigend nach unten schauen. Aber nach einem Tag hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt und die Fahrt war die schöne Aussicht auf diesen Ort so wert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig, mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Betten sind gut und der Garten ist sehr schön. Highlight ist natürlich das Schwimmbad! Die Kinder hatten so viel Spaß! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden gerne eines Tages wiederkommen.

Disappointed due to poor management.

We stayed at Diseminado el Pago El Marques 3133, 29770, Málaga, from 13th August. During our stay the oven blew up showering glass across the kitchen. I immediately informed Marina, the daughter of Mariló and Paco who are the representatives and took me to the villa. Paco came over immediately and took pictures and Marina said that he had arranged for a technician to come at 9am on the 18th. No one turned up and as the day went by it was clear from Marina that no one would. We were leaving Saturday and it was clearly not relevant after Friday. If I had been standing at the hob when the oven exploded I would have had my bare legs lazerated and scalded by the flying glass. The fact that half our cooking facilities were out of action not even mid week didn’t seem to raise any urgency from Mariló, Paco or Marina. Bearing in mind the villa is very isolated on a dreadful dirt tract that’s over a mile plus long from a main road and still miles from anywhere wasn’t something we could easily resolve by popping out for lunch or dinner. At first I thought Marina, Mariló and Paco were genuine as my WhatsApp messages to Marina were responded to immediately as they were earlier to Mariló, but come Saturday morning no one came to check us out as I had arranged for 09.30am with Marina. 09.30 came and went so I tried calling Marina and Mariló - my previous calls to both were always answered promptly - but not this morning. Only after repeated attempts and a WhatsApp message to Marina did I get an answer. It was very clear to me my €150 deposit was not going to be returned. I really ought to have received a refund for non-use of the oven for four days instead and my deposit back. Anyone thinking about this property ought to consider my experience. I have been driving for many years in many countries and the road to the villa is appalling. It is so bad it ought to be condemned by any sane authority as downright dangerous. The access and egress are so steep at the main road it would fail any safety regulations in any sane country. The villa is modest on the two bedrooms -,suitable only for one couple with two young children or two couples who don’t mind basic bedroom accommodation, but the living area is good and comfortable. It pains me to have to say that our holiday was blighted by the access and the poor management, but that was the reality. If you have any qualms about driving on dreadful unmade, narrow roads then think again.

Wir waren 4,5 Wochen im Okt/Nov in diesem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marilo und Paco empfangen, die auch bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert haben. Das Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage zwischen Torrox Pueblo und Frigiliana und einen herausragenden Blick auf Meer und Berge. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das komplett ausgestattete Außenbad, zusätzlich zu dem Bad im Hause. Aussenanlagen und der große Pool werden wöchentlich gereinigt und gepflegt. Die Anfahrt zu dem Haus ist problemlos und mit einem normalen PKW möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke an Marilo und Paco. Jederzeit wieder....Michael und Karin

Hemos estado dos semanas, en un paraje espectacular, no está en el pueblo ese es el encanto, vale la pena!!, por la tranquilidad, las vistas, y la sensación de paz, los propietarios Mariló y Paco, han estado pendientes por si necesitábamos alguna cosa, han sido muy atentos. La casa muy cómoda, y la piscina genial, puedes tomar el sol en las tumbonas, o bien en el césped, donde mejor te encontraras, sin duda la recomendaría, y si tenemos posibilidad volveremos. Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan cómoda.

Entièrement conforme à la description et aux photos. La région aux alentours est très belle:nature et petits villages blancs dans les montagnes ont un charme typique. Nous reviendrons... Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Finca. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist sehr schön groß und die Aussicht auf die Berge, das Dorf Frigiliana und das Mittelmeer ist unfassbar schön/traumhaft. Der Anfahrtsweg von Torrox-Costa betrug rund 20 Minuten, was für eine Finca in dieser Lage völlig akzeptabel ist. Da sind wir ganz andere Wege gewohnt. Auch der Zufahrtsweg ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Vermieter haben uns bei jeder Frage immer kurzfristig weitergeholfen. Immer gerne wieder.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marilo und Paco empfangen. Sie gaben uns auch die notwendigen Tipps. Das Haus war sehr sauber und fantastisch und komplett ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. In der zweiten Nacht schlossen wir uns versehentlich aus, indem wir die Haustür schlossen. Nach einer App von uns war Paco innerhalb von zwanzig Minuten anwesend. Aufgrund der günstigen Sonnenlage des Pools konnten wir Anfang März sogar schwimmen.
