Was ok.Its a 3 bedroom villa not 6 bed.3 bedrooms and 3 lounges.
The main 2 dowsides were the wrong description of bedrooms and beds. There were only 3 bed rooms and 3 lounges but they counted lounges as bedrooms.We were 17 ppl so We worked out sleeping on basis of 6 bedrooms but it was only 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds so lots of us ended up sleeping on the floor using couch topper. Then upon request the owner did open the locked 4th bedroom, which wasn't mentioned in the description.
The matresses were so hard , just like sleeping on the wood.Even upon requesting many times the mattress toppers weren't provided. We were told that it was done traditional way but definitely it wasn't upto international standard. Iron was very knackered from day one , even upon asking it wasn't changed. Then on the day we had to go on wedding of my brother it broke down , while we were getting ready. Then we had rush out to buy another one.
Communication was prompt, the owner did reply ,good lady ,let 6 of us stay free for a night.
The area was well secured with good security guards on patrol.we felt safe with little kids.
Dealing of money and everything else was smooth.
So its good enough for 6 people only. If you ok to sleep on very hard matresses then ok but they weren't upto international standard ,no headboards.otherwise, location was very good, the whole complex of villa s was secured by a gate and security gurads. They check every single car before letting them in.
