A fantastic first stay in Toulouse. This former Aparthotel is a Co-Working environment and now part of the Cowool community. I found the hotel situated in a very quiet research park. The rooms themselves are mini apartments with cooking facilities etc. they are kitted out for long term stays but I was very comfortable for the night. The breakfast is minimal, only sweet foods were on offer so unlike a full hotel, it’s easier to go to a supermarket and bring your own. There are lots of spaces to work and the staff are so friendly. Getting into Toulouse centre is a wonderful experience by first a public cable car (€1.80) for two stops and then the Metro (€1.80) into the main squares and touristic areas. I have to commend both Leo and Lucie for their warm personalities and professionalism. They made our stay very personal with advice and kindness. Would return again for the location and peacefulness.

It was very new , and roomy , but because of this I think things were not quite completed. There was no hooks for towels or anything in the bathroom, or even a toilet paper dispenser. Also there was dishes and utensils but nothing to clean them with. A television would have been a nice feature as well.

CONCEPT à revoir chambres trop petites sans clim.

Accueil sympa , mais le reste est médiocre. Pas de clim , chambre trop petite , malgré le ventilo au plafond , trop chaud...une fournaise. Bien pour pour les "jeunes co-worker" pas adapté aux commerciaux terrain ou aux travailleurs avec une envie de confort et de resto proche. Ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est un espace de coworking avec des cages à poule en guise de chambre.

Mauvaise expérience, pas de climatisation !

En déplacement professionnel dans le secteur, je suis très déçu de ma première expérience dans cet hôtel ! En effet, je n'avais pas vu lors de ma réservation et ne pensais pas qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Seul le hall de réception de l'hôtel est climatisé ! Chaleur suffocante dans la chambre (30-35°c) un jour de canicule (40°c à l'extérieur) -> impossible de dormir de toute la nuit. Seul un ventilateur au plafond permet de brasser l'air (chaud) de la chambre... De plus, pas de TV non plus dans la chambre, pas de lumière ni de bonde de fond au niveau du lavabo de la salle de bain (pas terrible pour se raser), literie un peu juste en longueur alors que je ne mesure qu'1,80m. Bref, une mauvaise expérience pour ma part, je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel. Dommage car le personnel de l'accueil est agréable et fait son maximum pour tenter de satisfaire les clients.

Decepcionante, sin aire acondicionado.

Mi estancia fue caotica. Para empezar, cuando llegamos nos enteramos que las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado y solamente tenían unos ventiladores de techo que solo esparcian el aire caliente. Por otro lado, la limpieza, empecemos con las ventanas, estaban todas sucias y llenas de telas de araña, obviamente teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas porque sino nos moriamos de calor, con lo cual entraba todo tipo de bicho y a mi me pico una araña en el brazo mientras dormia, lo cual me hizo una reacción alergica. Siguiendo con la limpieza, solo limpian la habitación una vez por estancia, eso significa que si uno se queda por 15 días, no te cambian ni las toallas, ni te traen los artículos de higiene personal, ni te traen más pepel higiénico y mucho menos te sacan la basura. Nosotros nos quedamos 4 noches y nunca limpiaron la habitación. En cuanto a la recepción, hay gente muy amable y otra no tanto. Segun la descripción de Hoteles.com rl personal habla 3 idiomas, Frances, Inglés y Español, es mentira, solo hablan Francés y por ahí entienden algo de Inglés, pero no todos. Cuando hay una mala reseña, dicen que las habitaciones no tienen aire por ecología, pero en la recepción hay aire acondicionado las 24 hs, o sea que los que pagamos nos morimos de calor. Yo no lo recomiendo, ya que dicen que es un hotel y no es así.

Première nuit dans cet hôtel Service du personnel impeccable Par contre pour l’été, pas de Clim malgré le ventilo au plafond qui brasse de l’air, le store enrouleur qui laisse bien passer la lumière. Avec la combinaison des 2 pas besoin de réveil entre la chaleur et la lumière du soleil !

La décoration est superbe. Les espaces communs immenses et joliment aménagés. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le bar. La chambre est spacieuse, déco trop jolie, et petit coin cuisine bien équipé. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, à l'écoute, réactif...Nous n'étions là que pour une nuit, mon mari devant se faire opérer à la Mégalopole le lendemain.
