One manager desk lady whit binocular eyeglasses when we arrive don’t say nothing about the resort and when we leave not even ask how was the stay, the food in the buffet its ok, the another restaurant we have only 3 nights themed restaurants we had the right to go three times and we were in a group of 13 people, the food was much better than the buffet, the spa is also only available for those who want to have a massage and the gym has very poor equipment, there is a pool at the bar which It stinks of urine like another very clean pool, I'll give it 3 stars overall

Very beautiful scene with nice pool and nice beach. However, the food was really not good, and the drinks were not good either. The buffet every day was a disaster. They even cut the chocolate and honey with water i believe to make savings. This hotel was built in 2018 but in the room it feels like 1980 or 1990's, the decoration is disappointing. But the whole disappointment is the food that is not good at all (even if i love brazilian food). it seems like it's a policy from vila gale. I will not return to any vila gale resort anywhere in my life (brazil, portugal), for sure not.

Fui em um período que estava tranquilo. Equipe de animação e do kids bem simpática e com várias brincadeiras. Comidas do buffet e das massas, grelhados, tapiocas, omeletes e etc bem preparadas. Petiscos no bar da praia estavam saindo conforme os pedidos mas nao demorava e estavam gostosos. Reservei o restaurante inevitável e valeu a pena. Área da piscina bem espaçosoa e o bar bem legal. So a academia que achei sem opções.

Esteve tudo perfeito, como é o padrão do Vila Galé. O único porém é a infraestrutura de praia, que praticamente não existe. No período em que fomos estava ventando muito e ficava inviável permanecer na praia. Além disso, não há infraestrutura de comida e bebida na praia, apenas as espreguiçadeira para sentar.

Hotel muito bom com um atendimento incrível. Na recepção, no bar, restaurante, praia, recreadores, arrumadeira, todos muito simpáticos e profissionais. Praia com muito vento no mês de julho. Comida do restaurante boa, mas o cardápio dos restaurantes que funcionam com reserva não agradou. Comida semelhante ao restaurante que atende todo mundo e muito salgada. Pedimos bobó de camarão, risoto e carne. Todos salgados.

Amei o resort! Quarto confortável, alimentação variada, piscina e pé na areia. Atendimento maravilhoso dos funcionários! Peguei dias de chuva, mas também amo chuva! Deu para descansar! Sugestão: deixar a água de coco disponível no almoço e no jantar, assim como acontece com refrigerantes e cervejas. Quem bebe água de coco e não bebe bebidas alcoólicas, como eu, ficaria mais feliz em poder pegar água de coco disponível, sem precisar ficar pedindo no balcão.

Hotel bonito,ótima estrutura com bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários, mas deixa a desejar na alimentação, limitada e alguns pratos sem sabor — cheguei a pegar um prato de macarrão parecia uma pasta. Surpreende negativamente a presença de água de coco industrializada, mesmo estando no Nordeste. A sensação é de um hotel voltado mais para eventos corporativos do que para lazer. Falta entretenimento, o que parece ser um padrão da rede (o de Alagoas tinha o mesmo problema).

O hotel é muito confortável é muito bonito pra fazer foto , mais falta muitos pontos pra ser um hotel 4 estrelas, 1 defeito : não tem piscina aquecida, 2 defeito: a comida é muito básica, 3 defeito: as sobremesas é nota 0 de muito ruim e abaixo do básico, 4 defeito : Parquinho infantil com 1 horas de funcionamento na parte da manhã e 1 horas na parte da tarde um verdadeiro absurdo, resultado final pra vc que quer uma experiência diferente acredito que não vale o valor cobrado .

Adoramos a estrutura e o local. Funcionários educados. Contudo, nas ilhas das refeições deveriam ter mais de 1 pessoa para preparar as opções específicas, tais como tapioca, omelete, grelahados. Ademais, em toda a estrutura notei apenas 1 câmera de segurança. Em um resort imenso, com reação e grande número de pessoas, deveria ter melhor monitoramento de segurança.
