The Tourangelle House - Family House

Located in Tours Nord, it is the ideal starting point to explore the Loire Valley and its treasures.

From the entrance, you will be seduced by its warm and friendly atmosphere. The ground floor offers a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen to concoct delicious meals, a welcoming living room to relax, and a dining room bathed in light, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. Upstairs, three large bedrooms await you, offering a peaceful rest area. An additional bathroom and separate toilet complete this level for convenience. Note, access to the ground floor is by a few steps, and the house extends over two levels.

Its strategic location will allow you to fully enjoy the wonders of the region. Just 10 minutes by car from the city center of Tours, you will be close to the famous castles of the Loire: Villandry at 20 km, Amboise at 30 km, Chenonceau at 40 km and Chambord at 70 km. Wine lovers can explore the vineyards of Vouvray, located just 15 km away, and discover the authentic flavors of the region.

After your booking is confirmed and fully paid, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in, including:
- signing a guest agreement (respect of the property);
- a 500€ security deposit (credit card only), detained 2 days before your arrival and released approx. 5 business days after departure if no damage is found;
- access to optional add-ons (early check-in, late check-out, transport, private chef, etc.), subject to availability.

Your arrival instructions will be available in your boarding pass 2 days before arrival.

Maison excentrée de la Ville de Tours mais quartier calme et ballade sympa à pied pour rejoindre le centre-ville en 50mn.A l'étage : la salle de bain dans une chambre est inconfortable pour être utilisée par les 2 autres chambres.Le chauffage fonctionne très bien.Cuisine est bien équipée mais la vaisselle est très disparate ...Cordialement,
