「They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time...

「Great place, fun vibe. Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!」
